After growing up with a sick parent and losing my dad in my early 20s, I know what it’s like to feel “lost”. Through working on my own mental health, I’ve learned how to navigate grief and face my anxiety. I want you to know that together, we can work through your challenges.

My approach to therapy is all about self compassion and connection. I help you identify your strengths and learn resilience as you face the challenges of life. Life may not get *easier* for us, but we can get better at effectively dealing with it. I am not just a sit and nod therapist. I use my training in dialectical behavioral therapy, and Health at Every Size to teach you coping skills and how to build a greater quality of life. I strongly believe that setting boundaries and learning to use self care can lead to a happier, more peaceful you. I can't wait to work together.
